Questions
Is this legal advice?
No. LetReady gives information to help you organise compliance. It does not replace the prescribed forms on gov.uk, and it is not a solicitor. Every legal statement links to the gov.uk page it came from, so you can check it yourself.
What if the rules change?
All the legal content lives in one data file, with a source link on every item, and we update it when gov.uk changes. Check the source links before you act. Several things are still to come: the landlord ombudsman, the Decent Homes Standard and Awaab's Law for private tenancies. Source GUIDESource AWAAB
Do you reproduce the official forms?
No. You use the official Form 4A and Form 3A from gov.uk. LetReady gives you a completion sheet: every answer, in order, to copy across. We link to the official forms. Source
What about refunds?
Polar is the merchant of record and its terms apply. If the pack is not right for you, email hello@virezio.com and we will sort it out.
What happens to my data?
Your key is stored as a one-way hash. Your property records stay in our database and are never sold or used for marketing. The free tools run in your browser. See the privacy page.
