What we keep, why, and who else sees it.

The free tools

The readiness check and the rent calculator run in your browser. Your answers are not sent to us. The only exception is the optional "email me my results" form on the check page. If you use it, we store your email address, your score and the list of gaps, so the owner of LetReady can see how the tool is used and send you your results. We do not use it for marketing automation and we do not sell it.

The Compliance Pack

We store your licence key only as a one-way hash. We store what you enter: landlord details, properties, tenancy facts, certificate dates and references. Tenant names are not required and not stored unless you type them in a note. Reminder emails go to the address you give in Settings.

Cookies

One cookie, set only when you log in to the pack, so we know who you are. It is HttpOnly, lasts 90 days and is removed when you log out. There are no advertising or analytics cookies and no third-party scripts.

Who else sees data

Cloudflare hosts the site and database. Polar handles payment and licence keys. If email reminders are turned on, an email provider (Resend) delivers them. We do not share your records with anyone else.

Your rights

You can export all your records as CSV from the app at any time. To have your records deleted, email hello@virezio.com.
