What LetReady is
LetReady is an information and record-keeping tool for private landlords in England. It is not legal advice and does not replace the prescribed forms on gov.uk. You are responsible for checking the rules and the dates before you act. Rules change; use the source links.
The Compliance Pack
The pack is a one-off purchase through Polar. It gives you access for as long as the service runs, for up to 10 properties. Your licence key is personal to you. Please do not share it.
Accuracy
We compile the legal content from gov.uk (last compiled 2026-11-05) and link every statement to its source. We cannot promise it is complete or current. Dates and notice periods the tool calculates are aids, not guarantees. Check them before you serve any notice or rely on a deadline.
Refunds and problems
Polar is the merchant of record and its terms apply to the payment. Email hello@virezio.com if something is wrong and we will sort it out.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, LetReady is not liable for losses from relying on the tool or the information in it. Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.
